On Tuesday, 01.12. at 11 o'clock the semi-annual general assembly takes place again, at which the current council is reporting on its activities and is relieved of its responsibilities. In addition, changes to our student council regulations and rules of procedure are to be decided here.
However, this requires a General Assembly, at which the amendments are presented for the first time. An Extraordinary General Assembly will also be convened on 01.12. at 10:30 a.m. The discussion of the amendments, proposed changes and the vote on the motions will then take place at the actual GA at 11 a.m. The amendments to the regulations can be found below. The EGA is also used to elect auditors.
In addition, the elections for the Council and the AG Klausuren are again imminent. All preliminary information can be found in the election announcement below. Final information about the election process will probably only be available at the VV.
You will also find the template for the election proposal below. If you would like to submit your proposal for the student council or the AG Klausuren, you must fill it out, sign it and send it to the election officer (fschmidt@fsmuw.rwth-aachen.de). Nominations must be received by the time the electoral list is closed during the course of the General Assembly. Nevertheless, we would be pleased if you would submit your nomination as early as possible.
