By registering for the freshman trip from 08.11. to 10.11.2024, you agree to the following:
- Participants under the age of 18 must provide a parental consent form from their parent or guardian to participate.
- The participant is not a tutor in the winter semester 2024/25. Otherwise, please use the appropriate form.
- The Student Council reserves the right not to accept registrations if the participant has become conspicuous during the freshman week.
- The Student Council reserves the right to draw lots for places if there are more registrations than places on the freshman trip, giving priority to bachelors students.
- After the confirmation of the registration by the Student Council, the participant is obliged to pay the participation fee of 22,-€.
- The participant is obliged to pay any damages for which the participant may be held liable. Please bring a deposit of €20 in cash with you to the freshers weekend.
- Cancellation of registration is only possible by email to esa@fsmuw.rwth-aachen.de and before confirmation of registration by the Student Council.
Data privacy:
Furthermore, by filling out this webform, you agree to the storage of the data collected until 24.10.2025, as well as the transmission of the list of participants to the accommodation. Upon request, your data will of course be deleted, but this also releases you from your participation in the Erstifahrt in WS24/25.
